Walk at your desk. Every step counts.
Treadlink controls your under-desk treadmill from your phone or Apple Watch and saves every walk to Apple Health or Health Connect.
Free during the beta, no account needed. iPhone, Apple Watch and Android.

Change speed without looking away
Turn the Digital Crown on your Apple Watch, or tap plus and minus on your phone. Treadlink finds your treadmill on its own and reconnects every time you open the app.
- Pause from the Lock Screen (Live Activity)
- Speed and pause from the Android notification
- Keeps running with the screen locked

Works with many treadmills
If your treadmill has Bluetooth or its own phone app, chances are Treadlink works with it: it speaks the standard most treadmills use and knows the quirks of popular under-desk models. Turn it on, open Treadlink, and it finds the model by itself.

Not recognised? The app can test your treadmill and send us a report, so we can add it.

Walks are saved as walking workouts, so on iPhone they close your rings in Fitness. Speed, distance, incline and heart rate come from the treadmill and your heart rate monitor, not from a guess.
- Apple Health on iPhone
- Health Connect on Android
- Optional heart rate from Apple Watch or any Bluetooth chest strap
